Founded by four good friends on 3rd September 2008.
Our love for shopping has lead us to opening a blogshop to share great buys and bring to you girls lovely pieces.

Ordering Info:
1. Please comment only if you are 100% sure of purchasing any items with valid email address and is able to make payment within 24 hours. (there can be exceptions about the 24 hours!)

2. We would appreciate it if you can check your email regularly after leaving comments with your order!

3. Reservations for items after invoice is sent to you are only for 24hrs, afterwhich, items will be given to the next interested buyer. Hence, do make payment within 24hrs and sent us an email with the payment details.

4. Payment to be made in 24hrs only after invoice is sent. Do NOT proceed to transfer without an invoice being sent to you!

5. Please do have the courtesy to inform us if you've decided to backout, it will ease our transactions that way.

6. Items on pending status mean that we are still waiting for payment from buyers. If buyers fail to make payment within 24hrs, we will give it to the next interested buyer.

7. First come first serve basis. We will attend to those that commented first and are 100% confirmed in buying.

8. Buyers will be blacklisted if they MIA after invoice is sent to them. Those on the list will then have to buy an item from us to gain our trust in order for their names to be taken down.

9. We strictly do not do swaps/trades. All goods sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

* charges varies according to postage weight

registered mail:
addition of $2.25 on top of normal mail charges.
We strongly advise buyers to use registered mail. Pay more but at least ur item can be tracked down whereas a lost normal mail cant be tracked.

FemmeVoglia is not liable for any lost normal mails but we'll do our part by writing legibly on the parcel. On your part, do provide us with the correct address! =)

*Exchange Policy*:
We check our stocks before sending out but if the item is found to be faulty when received, we'll do an exchange for the similar item only. However, if that item is OOS, we'll do an exchange with another item of similar price or above only. For exchange with items of higher price, a top up is necessary. No refund will be given if exchanged with items of lower price.

New item will only be posted out after the faulty item is sent back to us. In this case, postage charges will be provided by FemmeVoglia.
